Cancellation and fees

In the event of a “no show” which is when a person has missed an appointment and failed to cancel within the adequate time or has failed to be present at the time of the scheduled appointment. This will be recorded on your medical record as a “no show” 

A late cancellation is considered when a patient fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with a 48 hour advance notice. 

You can make a cancellation via phone or text on 0488988119 or email at hello@drnat.com.au or via the link that was included in your scheduling email. 

In the event of a “no show” the full $95 fee will be billed to your account. 

In the event of a late cancellation it will be recorded on your file and a late cancellation a $50 fee will be billed to your account. 

In the event of a third late cancellation or no show the full fee will be billed to your account and you may be discharged from the practice.

The initial consultation fee is $120 and this consultation will usually take 1 hour. Follow up appointments are then charged at $95 and you should allow 30-40 minutes for these consultations.


Booking Conditions

An initial consultation is required if I have not personally seen you for an osteopathic consultation at any clinic previously. 

An initial consultation is required if I have not yet seen you in this year 2018 or since any previous clinic I have worked at prior to 2018. 

An initial consultation is required for you or your child if I have not seen you in the last 12 months. 

When booking in for an initial consultation as per the above conditions the initial fee of $120 applies. 

Upon an initial consultation a full and thorough history is to be taken and or an update on recent history. A full and thorough examination and an updated consent on treatment. 

A follow up or standard consultation is for those patients that have fulfilled the above initial requirements and the standard consultation fee of $95 applies.
